Put a very good title here. It should tell purpose of the page in one sentence.
Author:
Here is where you put your name!
Subject:
Similar to the Title tag, but try to use different text.
Description:
A longer description than the title.
Keywords:
These are words that people would type in a search engine when looking for the information on your page. This is the most important META Tag. Use as many words as you can with a comma between each one, up to about 200 characters
Generator:
A programmer's tag to tell them what program was used to build the page. Not important, most folks leave it blank.
Language:
Not an important tag, but sometimes used by search engines.
Expires:
The expires META tag defines the expiration date and time of the document requires RFC1123 date format, for example: Thu, 04 Oct 2010 14:21:20 GMT
This tag is important if your pages changes a lot, leave it blank!
Abstract:
The abstract META tag is a one line sentence which gives an overview of the entire webpage. This is used by some search engines so use a good description.
Copyright:
The copyright year.
Designer:
Not important, your name.
Publisher:
Not important, company name.
Revisit-After:
The Revisit META tag tells search engines or spiders how often they should come to your website for re-indexing. For example: 2, 3, 4, etc. Note: Just type a number, the word Days will be added automatically.

Tells the search engines how much of your site to index. Select "All" or "Follow" .
Once you press the Create button, select all (ctrl 'A') the text script INSIDE of this text box and copy it to your clipboard (ctrl 'C')
Open your webpage where you want your meta tags, (in your favorite editor, or a program such as Wordpad or Notepad) and paste the meta tag text (ctrl 'V') in between the HEAD Tags at the very top of the document.
